You may or may not receive a notice from your ISP that e-mail is being blocked or refused. If you experience lost e-mail or erratic
delivery, please check with your ISP first, before contacting CougarMail. WSU is not responsible for e-mail delayed or refused by
your ISP. The GoCougs system does not save copies of forwarded e-mail. We apologize for the inconvenience.
